LIGHTNING TALKS

Lightning talks are SHORT (timed!) talks that YOU, our Summit participants, propose. You may submit up to three proposals (one paragraph for each proposed talk) to the program committee.

These can cover any topic relating to salvias:  investigations in the field, propagation techniques, laboratory analysis, research, new discoveries, successful cultivation techniques, favorite recipes, best performers, etc.

You may propose your talk as either 5 or 10 minutes in length (5 minute talks will be given preference).  The purpose of these lightning talk sessions is to cover additional topics and points of view along with introducing conference participants’ interests and expertise to one another.

It’s easy!  We encourage you to participate!  Send a session proposal today (via e-mail) to Ginny Hunt at seedhunt@cruzio.com.  You will receive an e-mail acknowledgement of receipt of your proposal within 48 hours, and you will hear by September 1st whether your proposal has been accepted and when your talk is scheduled.

This is a new format for the Summit, and we encourage your participation!
